Chimneys-Flues-Vents

Inspect for visible issues with chimneys, flues and vents. Make sure heating devices are properly vented. Note clean out door location and condition.  Recommend inspection and cleaning of chimney.  Note more than one vent from devices that have different fuel types (i.e. Oil & Wood) into one flue.  Note more than one vent from devices that have the same fuel type, vented to the same flue, if the device with the lesser BTUs is vented below the device with the higher BTUs.
