About Our Home Inspection Company Scenic Home Inspections, LLC is a new company based in Melvin Village, New Hampshire, offering Home Inspection Services in the Wolfeboro, Laconia, Meredith, Ashland, Conway and Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Qualifications and Experience Bob has completed all requirements by the State of New Hampshire to become licensed as a Home Inspector and continues his training and education by participating in multiple educational offerings through The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and various government and professional organizations. Bob completed his Home Inspector training through the Manchester Community College in Manchester, NH and has met all the testing and membership requirements of The International Association of Home Inspectors. Bob has a wide range of experience in Business, Security, Investigative, Facility and Personnel Management spanning 34 years. Bob spent 20 years working for a "High Technology" company with assignments in Construction Management, Audit and Inspection of Vendor Facilities and ultimately as a Facility Manager. Most recently, Bob worked for the local telephone company as an Outside Plant Engineer. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University in Criminal Justice and a Master of Business Administration from Rivier College. Bob and his family have owned several condominiums and homes, as well as completing construction of their current home in 2007.
